•management is awful and will always lie to cover their butts •huge turnover •pretends to be a great place to work by showing their bowling alley, free bar, and events •management will bully you into doing things you don’t want to do

Dynamic / start-up vibes Work from home option Good team players and communicators will enjoy themselves there Management is open to change and to new processes, as long as they are well presented Go-getters will succeed in this environment and will be given amazing opportunities

Cons

Great efforts were made to improve work/life balance, but they are still working on balancing resources to limit bandwidth issues. Good organization/prioritizing skills help to combat temporary heavy workload.
