Pros

Most of the people were nice to work with. Unlimited FTO (within reason) and ok with remote work. Beautiful office.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Unable to meet financial goals. Company size went down 40% in the past 3 years. Expect a lot of work for little pay.

They underpay for each position, they've done multiple mass layoffs since 2022 without notice to the employees, they often don't meet financial goals which lead to more layoffs
