Pros

- Super friendly team - GREAT management - Unlimited Time Off (You can log on in the morning say "I have an appointment later" and NOBODY has a problem with it)

Cons

- Some of the work can be a bit repetitive but I guess this is at every job - Cannot think of thing else!

Dynamic / start-up vibes Work from home option Good team players and communicators will enjoy themselves there Management is open to change and to new processes, as long as they are well presented Go-getters will succeed in this environment and will be given amazing opportunities

Cons

Great efforts were made to improve work/life balance, but they are still working on balancing resources to limit bandwidth issues. Good organization/prioritizing skills help to combat temporary heavy workload.
