Pros

Gym in office building for all staff of building

Cons

Unprofessional and judgmental, no consistency and no real structure. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STABLE JOB, FOR THIS COMPANY! They will tell you they're all about 2nd chances, but they are not. Long story short, they scouted me to work in their office as a CSM. They were told I have a record & had me leave my job of 5 years & come anyways with no questions, & a bunch of growth opportunity BS. It was about 4 weeks from the job offer, to my start date, then in week 3 they let me go after my background check came back, however keep in mind I passed the FBI clearance required for the job & have a copy. So whatever, I can get a new job & unemployment in the meantime, except 365 tried to fight it by saying I was terminated for a "rule violation " which was a lie & unemployment saw right thru it thankfully because the issue was resolved in a day & I was paid, but that just shows how they will lie to cover themselves. I was told by an inside source that the office director also announced to the whole office why I was terminated & that he knew i had a record but should have looked into it further smh that's on you dude! Sounds like you're trying to make excuses. They are very unprofessional in this situation & the way the office is ran. They bring nurses on by promising cases, then leave the nurse hanging. At least be up front & tell them they may have to wait on a case, don't have nurses leave their current company for the unknown. Do your research! I wish I would have because I'm not the 1st wrongful termination & I'm definitely not the last. I also found a previous lawsuit for this same situation. I was extremely lucky to already find a new job with higher pay & better benefits, but others haven't been, so just be prepared. This company is still very new & learning how to do things along the way, which is not professional lol. This is a good job if you're just looking for experience, but it doesn't look like people last long.
