Pros

Awesome culture if you like golfing, repping the swag and brand everywhere you go (especially the country club)! Lots of perks, great benefits, annual performance increases, stock purchase plan.

Cons

Large complex organization, upward movement takes time, patience, luck and being politically aligned in geographic locations where main locations exist.
