Pros

Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

Cons

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.

Pros

Exposure to global teams. Compensation. Benefits.

Cons

Due to incompetent Corporate Leadership and complacent Local Management they have turned a successful business, that used to print money on demand, to a business struggling to meet NFPA recertification cycles. Hopefully with the new carve out (JV) Madison and Bain can reinvigorate years of lost innovation, recover lost talent, and define product strategy.

Pros

Stable income and benefits, and a decent campus.

Cons

Sometimes not as much room to move unless you're in with the right people. I say it's stable, as in income, of course, till there is a bad year and your division/buisness group is on the chopping block. No real incentive to overachieve.
