When you request feedback from team members they don't care. So managers are Gods here. What they say is true. When caught with lies, no consequences unless a project fails explicitly due to their decisions. This leads to mostly mamangers that have no idea what they are doing, but think they are the best, even though they fail at even the most basic management good practices. - most benefits were cut due to low budget because of COVID, but suprisingly we bought 3 new companies
