Business Outlook
Pros
The Talent Team is very responsive and the managers are good. The number of SaaS products used are less and bureaucracy is fairly low in the company. We get more time to focus on our client than being disturbed by 3pillar itself, I believe this is a plus. More importantly I see 3pillar only as a payroll company than a full fledged business. Although there seem to be some faint initiatives to help employees grow in their career.
Cons
Company will hire you for one and only project and has almost no concept such as bench. As long as your contract is valid and client is paying nothing to worry.
