What do I mean? Establish a plan with big targets, and push the person to jump on solving tasks that nobody understand or they run from, motivating that otherwise he/she will fail on his/hers plan and this doesn't come without consequences. The result? people lose their direction, and end up forgetting what being a team player means and focus entirely on keeping appearances (that they know the drill, they can solve the problem/world). Too bad, another corporation replacing people with money. Good for you, 3 Pillar! Oh, and lets not forget about the fact that only employees from leading roles up get contributions to an optional extra pension pylon in Romania, and I think that this says it all.

Nothing to say. Compensation & benefits are good but could be better.
