QA manual work is part of the jobs and which is communicated by the acquisition team during the time of the interview itself. Our management strives to reach everyone through our best strategies. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openness, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in the growth of our people and developing a high performing team hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics. We do encourage craftmenship hence support desire of a QA person to move to Dev. We always believe in reskilling and training our team members in order to widen their scope in the organization. The L&D team is dedicatedly working towards the development of employees and ensures that every individual is benefited out of the programs. We believe in making the best out of the L&D programs hence each program is customised for a target audience.
