Good people and business oriented company with freedom
Pros
* work life balance - no work after working hours needed * freedom - the management prefers the people to work in the office, but there are no general rules, and everybody can choose their own way of mixing office and work from home. * people oriented - even if there are layoffs, people are still treated well, e.g. they get to choose to stay 2 months in the company, or get those 2 months paid and leave immediately. They also get a choice of different role when their role is not needed * incentives in the office - we have fruit, sweets, coffee, tea in the office, also toast with ham and cheese. Everything for free * new modern offices in Brno, with nearby Cantina * friendly colleagues * good budget for teambuilding, team can spend it on whatever they want * benefits are not great, but not terrible :)
Cons
* I feel that salary is slightly below competition * sometimes they are layoffs (not major ones, only a few people at the time) * performance and goal management need some work, also job descriptions are missing
