Excellent consultant team hindered by management issues and nepotism

-Excellent human capital, the consultant team is made up of very smart and capable people (this doesn't apply to upper management though) -Salary is ok but falls behind the competition, the yearly adjustments are absolutely pathetic

Cons

-Office is too small, not nearly enough space for everyone, the company tries to stick to a hybrid format when they should be sending more people to work from home -Growth is very dependent on licking the right boot, lots of nepotism to push bootlickers for promotions and to stop anyone who dares to think differently from progressing -Company tries to be lean and flexible but fails, improvements and very necessary changes can take forever to apply
