If you are a girl and you knows how to impress your manager then no problem rather if you are a guy you should learn how to be a slave to your manager .
If you ask your leave , no permission , If you ask leave as you are sick then next day your manager will ask you to finish bunch of works . Then you you guys (HR) giving 25 days annual leave to employee .(I think that only for Managers)
You cant learn anything new , as everything their is as automated .
I am still confusing I was rejected for good rating in appraisal and the reason they said for that this financial year we are team failed to show good productivity , but our team leader got good rating that how ?
