Good to start a career. You will get to learn many things like handle pressure during critical situations.

Cons

No increment, no value for hard work. Management do not seem to care about employees.

Good learning place for beginners but thats it.

Good place to start a career specially for a non IT engineer to get trained on IT development tools.

Cons

Middle level management isn't very effective and lacks foresight and leadership abilities. Not much to learn apart from the development tool set, specially for the people working in ICICI bank service line. After the first year it's all downhill.
