      Pros

      None that remain now. Once a force to reckon. Stock price over last 5 years gone from Rs.150 to Rs. 5

      Cons

      - Frequent Management changes - Ad hoc leadership style - Abusive language by senior leaders - No strategy/ Impulsive sales - No cash to pay salaries ... month on month struggle - End of settlement of more than 50 employees worth 1000s of Dihrams pending - Sales incentives not paid for the last 2 years - Dissatisfied customers due to quality of delivery ... keep bringing new customers on board .. which too is a challenge now on. - Eyewash in the name of values

      because in gurgaon office for operator label every time job avilable

      Cons

      administration and management condition are poor, work floor air conditionar toilet washroom cafetaria reception drinking water conditions are very bad just like public place

      Pros

      Work with technically sound people, enthusiastic freshers, good managers, good people with domain skills. Product development and management exposure, as opposed to just services offerings. Less of politics.

      Cons

      Salary is not paid promptly, HR is not supportive, facilities are very poor, development tools are not available, financial problems of the company leading to cost cutting etc.
