      New employees can negotiate good Salary, as huge Salary disparity is allowed within each Grade. HR tries to accomodate people on bench in some group throughout the country. There is a intrante/internet system for claiming Travel Allowance.

      Cons

      Teams keep shifting due to frequent resignations. Appraisal Rating requires that maximum two people per team get good rating. Each group has favourites

      Good learning opportunities Salary packages are good. Best Practices are followed at work to maintain quality. Different kinds of projects are available to work on.

      Cons

      Working conditions can be improved. Attitude of employees towards client must be improved. Management does not seem to be worrying about company now a days. Hiring process can be improved.
