The company has Friendly environment, Open environment, lesser protocol issues, more people then process oriented. Its good for people who like to do things hands on and enjoy managing projects with own grit.

There is Stressed work culture. People have the sky is falling attitude all time causing employee burnouts and dissatisfaction. Lesser processes and documentation is followed from top to bottom.
