Pros
It's a regular 8-5 job and it located in a good location. Opportunity for educational advancement is there but it does not correspond to job growth within the company. Willingness to take on new college grads.
Cons
Horrible salary structure for new employees. Negotiate on your base salary, don't let them push you to accept whatever they want. Always remember they want you. Discouraging work environment. The people who will do the best in this company are the people who are prepared to suck up to higher management. Lack of vertical growth. The company is very stagnate. Upper level positions are filled by people who have been there for years while the lower positions have a high turnover rate. Don't expect to work your way to the top. Marginal benefits. They offer health insurance but it is a high deductible HSA type plan. Other benefits are there but that will just eat away at your monthly salary. Overall it would be best for a new college grad to work here for 1-2 years and then move on to better job opportunities.
