      Independent work environment, decent pay for industry

      Lack of attentiveness from upper management, complete focus on making profit by expanding client pool while disregarding the overall decline of 4M's reputation due to overworking their limited staff

      -Consistent schedule -Good pay -great benefits

      Cons

      -they'll throw you around to any location even if its 2+ hours away -its easy to get replaced -normal nights become 10-12 hour shifts very fast and easy -they will bring in non english speaking workers with no warning or translators and expect you to train them no problem. I had to train people through charades. Nice people though. -high turn-over rate
