Pros

Basic everyday cleaning you should know how to do in your own home.

Cons

Coworkers didn't do their job so i had to pick up their slack and wasn't fully trained correctly. But not every one is like this some employees are great to work with.

Many nice people in management. Family owned and flexible.

Cons

They are not very good at sniffing out incompetence in their midst. Managers that are seen as a joke by their peers somehow go unnoticed by leadership for too long.
