      Steady schedule, easy amount of workload for some, and lack of enforcement of the rules.

      Cons

      No overtime, have to demand a raise, plays favoritism with promotions, and poor distribution of work among team members.

      I like house keeping,working with a team and on my own with minimon supervision.And i like the work surroundings.

      I wouid like to have a fulltime job with health benifits and a retirement plan,with the options of overtime, when asked.
