It's a pay check. That's where the pros stop. You meet people on location who are pretty cool.

Cons

They don't care about their employees. No raises for doing a good job. Their "bingo" game is a joke. No raises. Only work part time, but they expect full time productivity. Good luck working with your coworkers if you don't know Spanish.
