None in the many months I worked after they took over my company

Cons

Their ridiculous policies and expectations from salaried workers. Expect you to work 80 hours a week to keep up with their demands because they only pay you for 30 hours a week.

-Consistent schedule -Good pay -great benefits

Cons

-they'll throw you around to any location even if its 2+ hours away -its easy to get replaced -normal nights become 10-12 hour shifts very fast and easy -they will bring in non english speaking workers with no warning or translators and expect you to train them no problem. I had to train people through charades. Nice people though. -high turn-over rate
