4 M Building Solutions Is A Bad Employer To Work For

4M will get you into some nice working environments.

Cons

4M destroyed the union at my job, leaving no formal grievance procedure so as to make them think they can fire employees at will. 4M is very uncooperative in giving you a copy of your check stub or in giving you a copy of your timecard so that you can verify how much of your money they are cheating you out of. They instituted a procedure where you have to go online to get your stubs but you have to download all manner of browser addons, and make your browser insecure to see your check stub. If you complain, 4M will terminate you without cause and fight against you receiving your unemployment benefits.

Pros

It's a pay check. That's where the pros stop. You meet people on location who are pretty cool.

Cons

They don't care about their employees. No raises for doing a good job. Their "bingo" game is a joke. No raises. Only work part time, but they expect full time productivity. Good luck working with your coworkers if you don't know Spanish.
