      Pros

      Good discount, great customers, helped plan some cool in store events. I met a lot of incredible heroes. Upper management was great, supportive and helpful. They would randomly drop in and see how everything was going. I appreciated Nathan and Tyler and how much they cared for their employees.

      Cons

      Store management is typically quite sexist. One day they’re telling you to go up in pant size so that you’re not showing too much, the next they’re telling you that you need to make sure that your hair and makeup are perfect every day. It’s definitely a man’s world.

      Pros

      Environment is great, discount is even better. Its super casual, pretty easy work. In store management is usually very good. Customer base is very understanding and rarely get irate customers.

      Cons

      Upper management sucks outside of the store. Almost no support from other departments that are meant to work together. Company seems to be run as a startup on the retail front even though we've existed for 15+ years. No room for making recommendations on how to improve products, no room for creativity. Warehouse wont send things to the stores that would sell and wont stock certain colors for no reason.

      Employee discount, low level employees.

      Cons

      dc management is horrible, disorganized, too many “chiefs”, bandaid fixes for everything. Maintenance is bad and lots of constant downtime. Very minimal to no training. Promises that are rarely kept.
