      Good pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Disconnected team. The culture there is very cutthroat and lacking. The tax "department" consists of 1 person. The workload is too heavy for 1 person to reasonably and sustainability handle. They tell you they run lean, which means you do the work of 2-3 people. The moment you are unable to keep up with the heavy workload, they put you on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and begin harassing you to motivate you to quit. Not worth the pay.

      Great product, great work environment and employee discount is fantastic!

      Cons

      Pay band is not where it should be. People at McDonalds make more money starting out than 5.11 employees, thats not right!!! Managers have left because the company won't match an extra $2.50 per hour. Other than the pay scale, this is a great company to work for.,
