- Laid back work environment - Casual dress code - Fantastic corporate discount - Great place to start if seeking a career in the retail industry

Cons

This applies to Merchandising Operation. The major con is the lack of communication among Merch Ops employees. When working on projects/tasks/assignments, some of the employees weren't clear or didn't bother to ask for clarification. It often leads to unnecessary work afterward. If there' clear communication in the first place, the problems could have been avoided.

Great culture and people. It's a growing company and like with any growing company, there are growing pains. Great for up and coming young professionals to learn on the job. The leadership is great! they are very encouraging to the younger professionals. Plenty of opportunity to grow.

Cons

There are growing pains, so there are processes that need to be developed, but the leadership is fully aware of all the issues and are actively working towards a better future.
