Was a great company, sad to see it what it is now.

Pros

Pay was competitive, Brand made the job easy at times.

Cons

Leadership was all over the place, there interest jumped from one day to the next on which direction they wanted to go. Time demands on employees were excessive and unrealistic. In the end if you were buddies with one of the senior staff and played the game you could get away with anything, if you were just an employee and didn't fully play the game then they pushed you out.

Awesome people to work with - the people are great. Great product and it's super cool to be working on apparel and gear for law enforcement and people who protect us - makes me proud.

Cons

Hard work, could have a bigger teams but its cool. Communication can be an issue from leadership, but people seem flexible and patient. The apparel is very technical so there is a lot to learn
