Cons

Corporate and upper leadership are a joke. They don’t impact the business in any way. Their management of the company has put us in the red. They cut budgets for labor and blow money on frivolous expenses for DM’s and executives. The company is hemorrhaging and there are vampires who are incompetent at the top.

There has been an endless cycle of "reorganization" layoffs with no communication from upper management. You only find out people are gone if you try to email them or book meetings. You find out it was a layoff by gossiping in the halls or calling people who work at the corporate office. For a company that talks a lot about how "we are a family" its a really bad look and is creating a lot of unease within the ranks. It feels like there is a mini layoff every quarter, but because there is no official communication, we don't know. Additionally, they are making really expensive mistakes and throwing good money after bad to try and correct. It is so hard to watch people get laid-off knowing that their salary was flushed down the toilet.
