This company cares! Cares about our customers, cares about the employees. This caring atmosphere makes me want to do my very best for the company and our customers. I take pride in knowing that my hard work is acknowledged and appreciated. The company has high standards for it's employees, why shouldn't it? I feel more heart in this company than I ever have. I appreciate the new life our current guard has breathed into 5.11. Thankful to be here ever day.

Great people, super busy but fun environment; the teams are forward-thinking, talented and amazingly creative; honorable mention - fabulous coffee.....crossfit gym ...... everything you need to be the best.

Cons
