Not many downsides to 5 Star... the worst I’ve personally experienced is not being approved to work certain events. I’m sure event managers have their favorites, so they get chosen first however, you get noticed when you do the job that’s asked of you. Another low mark is that the staff consists of a growing number of younger folks just looking to get paid and they don’t go the job, which reflects poorly on the company and folks like myself that take the job seriously. It’s 2017 and folks are crazy, so this job is necessary at sports and entertainment venues. The more folks who “do the job”, the better.
