Pros

5 star helps you get a better understanding on working as a security guard within their company. also they train you so that you won't make any mistakes.

Cons

i would say its the scheduling communications that sucks because you send in a email to get scheduled for work and they don't respond at all sometimes.

Pros

Flexibility - I don't have to report to the job day in and day out, which is important for me as a graduate student. I can book shifts via email, which allows me to plan them around my work/school schedule. Timeliness - the direct deposits almost always arrive when they're supposed to. Experiences - I've met many great (and sometimes famous) people through this job.

Cons

A recent phishing scam that targeted W-2 data of employees briefly shook my confidence in the company. (However, 5 Star did notify me and other co-workers in a thorough and helpful fashion.

Pros

Work live events all over Austin and get access to alot of great shows.

Cons

No steady work and low pay. Definately only a PT job. No room for advancement.
