Pay is nice, if you can get over the risk of not getting accurate pay or any pay at all at times. Room for advancement if you can get over the health code violations and labor law violations due to excessive turnover rate and rapid operations expansion.

Cons

The entire team, manager included, did not get paid accurate amount or any amount at all on multiple occasions. The appliances, machines, plumbing are all made for efficiency and not longevity, leaving them to break down sporadically or consistently. Our minor employees were allowed to work for four months without having signed work permits. Breaks are not offered to adult employees unless the employee asks. Hopefully you don't mind working in sub zero weather.
