Great work environment but shift covers can be frustrating

The hiring process is very selective personality-wise, so everyone is great to work with! Tips are nice, but it does depend on where you are location-wise Schedule is very adaptable, you can have pretty limited availability and still manage to get in on the schedule

Cons

I've heard that working at a corporate stand is much easier than a franchise stand, which I can say is very true You are not allowed to call out of work and have to find somebody to replace you during your shift. I've had to go to work sick multiple times in instances where no one was available Tips are pooled rather than individual
