As they grow, I hear that many difficulties are arising, but that depends on the individual store and management.

Some of my pros, can be seen as cons to some people. Some people can’t handle a fast paced environment, I’m sure that’s why 7 Brew feels stressful to some. It’s a valid con. But speed is a big priority. Most people don’t like taking the test to get on tips, but it’s worth it in the end. Money adds up. & it teaches consistency with everything that we do. It can be cliquey. There will be favorites. It’s inevitable with a large group of people. I’ve been on both sides, so I get it but the company has a lot of opportunities, and if you want that spot enough then you just gotta play your part and work hard. Show up and show out. Then those little things shouldn’t bother you. You don’t get breaks for doubles, but you signed up for that. Regular shifts are 5-6 hours long max. Late policy is there for a reason. You must love your job enough to show up and be there. Last minute things happen, but you will almost always find a cover. Schedules will most likely change weekly. One con that I will agree with- sometimes you feel socially drained after a shift. I’ve done my talking for the day. Introverted extrovert here.
