Pros

Flexibility. You get a pay check on time. Sometimes. It's a job.

Cons

Use to earn vacation time if you were part time and worked at least 24 hours a week. That was upped to 32 hours a week. They took away pay deductions, so if you have no money you can't get anything to eat. Didn't get my check on time twice because of a holiday and I didn't have the pay card. Told the Field Consultant about it and it wasn't a big deal to him. Employee turnover rate is extremely high. They want you to up sell at every opportunity but the more sales you make the bigger the Store Managers' bonus is, you don't see a dime for up selling. No lunch breaks. Training is terrible. I've met the field consultant over ten times and he never knew what my name was. He didn't bother to take the time to ask.
