Pros

I got to go home, that is when the next shift would decide to come in. And the managers do not care or do anything about being late either, i was once told that its too hard to fire someone and I should just be happy that there is a 'body' here.

Cons

Out of touch with reality. No direction, insane expectations of managers and sales associates. There is not much for training, its pretty much a free for all.

Pros

You had insurance, paid holidays, and opportunity for advancement. I worked overnight so I was pretty busy til about 1 am. Calm til 4am then you'd have all the early morning coffee drinkers.

Cons

It was hard to get time off on 3rd shift because no one else wanted to work it. We did all the cleaning on overnight so if someone came in and wanted something cooked, they might have to wait a bit. Usually they were not very patient.
