Pros

Seeing employees take pride in their jobs when you take the time to train them all individually. Leading by example is the key to running a successful store! There are so many ways we can boost employee moral. That means not sitting on our butts all day in the back office. What do you think we have our Assistants for? Lol.

Cons

Lack of good company reputation due to poor leadership in more stores than I care to know about.

Pros

Ability to set your own schedule, company vehicle, great Franchisees, able to see your work pay off in the stores.

Cons

Recently there has been a lot of micro-managing and checklist/verifications take over our "quality visits". It has become difficult to truly add value to the stores. There is NO work-life balance.... I find myself working 6-7 days/week every week and still not feeling like I am caught up with all of the endless verifications, e-mails, checklists, etc. Turnover has become extremely high and individuals who deserve to be promoted are trapped in this position because we can't keep any Consultants and are continuously under-staffed.... another reason why the work is never-ending. This position has become a huge disappointment!
