Hectic, unrealistic goals

Pros

Learn a lot and interact with the local community. Basically act like an owner, in charge of the whole store for yourself.

Cons

Was given a store with inexperienced staff. Assistant managers were non-existent. That means you are the only one responsible for 24/7 store, which means calls by incompetent staff at 2am asking for more quarters. Repeatably asked for the opportunity to train an assistant manager but wasn't paid attention to.
