Pros

Decent Pay, Vacation, benefits, quarterly bonus, year end bonus. I learned a lot about retail from 7-Eleven.

Cons

Poor training. I worked far too many hours, like between 60-80 on Salary. I never spend time with my kids. They expect you to hold people accountable, but they provide you with very little opportunity to do so. They are quick to spout off company values, but very few in upper management adhere to them. Quick to throw you under the bus and pass the blame on to the next person. Sales associates have a ridiculous work load due to a severely small labor budget that does not even begin to address the needs of our guests.

Pros

Just to have some income

Cons

Not a place to grow your career, the management don't care about the people who work for them.
