      Pros

      Great benefits, company promotes within and compensates on accomplishments. Office Environment was professional, friendly and fun. As the top retailer for convenience stores, the company speaks for itself.

      Cons

      Corporate structure can sometimes come off as no regards to field personnel. Heavy workloads fill you day.

      Pros

      My boss is so oblivious as to what is going on that I only have to come to work 2-3 days a week and get paid for full time. Leadership as far up as you would get access to, is oblivious as to what is going on. The pay is pathetic considering the competitors compensation but I guess you could get a second job with a more serious company and make up for it.

      Cons

      If you need any feedback at all about your work (positive or negative) this is the wrong place for you. If you would like to go over your year end review at any point in time....forget it. The management shies away from definitive statements. You can be fired any time for anything and you will be made feel like that everyday. You will be forced to travel unreasonable distances from your home to assist or run horrible stores. Stores are open 24 hours, you are not allowed to have adequate staff to cover call outs so if you like working weekend overnights by yourself in some of the worst neighborhoods you can imagine fill out your application.

      Pros

      benefits are great. you will get day off or sometimes paid. Get paid weekly. Direct deposite . Work environment is good if management is good.

      Cons

      too much work load. open 24 hours. work shifts are longer. May have to work overnight. they start with minimum pay.
