Decent for a first job.

Pros

The initial training is very extensive, this company won't throw you out into the sales floor until they're positive you understand the extent of the job. The hours are flexible and you can qualify for benefits working full time.

Cons

The corporate infrastructure is spotty when it comes to employee appreciation. Many of their guidelines limit growth, motivation and after an extensive period of time working here employees begin to seek better opportunities from other companies in the industry.

Pros

Easy work, friendly customers

Cons

No benefits, no "legal" breaks. Only in between customers. No paid time off (no sick days or vacation time that is paid) rarely get a raise.
