      Pros

      Store various items which are necessary to day-to-day life and pertaining to food and drinks and other daily needs. Store is always clean and store policy is followed per store guidelines. Food and other perishable goods are closely monitored accordingly.

      Cons

      Salary could be below the prevailing rate but can pay the bills. Work schedules can unpredictable sometimes.

      Pros

      Large company with growth, filled with many good talented people.

      Cons

      Many leader do not have any real understanding of the business. most work to avoid responsibility and accountability. Women are treated as second class citizens with promotions reserved for males whether they have a good performance or not. Franchisees and store operators are often spoken of as if they are of no value behind the doors. Everything is done as a panic, the leaders blame the economy when things do not go right or anyone else they can point a finger at. Reserve raises for executives when they "think" they will have a bad year or for their chosen few.

      pay was okay, people were pretty nice, very convenient place to work, not very busy, nice to work somewhere with food

      Cons

      The one I worked at was not very busy at all so I didn't get many hours, there aren't many cons
