Pros

The people that you work with. Everyone became like a family member. Managers and associates worked very hard to get the job done in a 24/7 365 days industry. The doors were never locked. This company used to show appreciation to everyone. Christmas parties every year. Prizes won by all that attended. Benefit package is great.

Cons

This company went away with showing appreciation. No more Christmas parties, prizes, and lack of appreciation is happening now. The system has changed.

Cons
