Pros

Great office and perks, collaborative team members. I was part of the initial InfoSec team at 7-Eleven from 2021 when it was being set up with around 80 team members. The organization has grown very well over the years. Great work life balance, learning, and office perks (By far the best office I have worked out of!!) A shoutout to the 7-Eleven HR team, who were very supportive and hands-on with all the team members on a regular basis.

Cons

Nothing major; collaboration with US counterparts was challenging at times, but nothing which impacted day to day work.

Pros

A fantastic environment for growth where individual ideas are truly valued. Leadership encourages you to speak up, and you’re given the autonomy to see your initiatives through to implementation. The office space is top-tier. From ergonomic setups to premium amenities, the workspace is designed with every possible employee need in mind.

Cons

No major cons. Things are work in progress.
