Pros

This is a really good company to grow with if you have the time to clean toilets. Scrub the base boards, basically be the jantors for people that mess and soil the bathroom on a daily bases. I am on the verge of getting my MBA I will not clean bathrooms and be insulted while I am doing it! Very disrespectful management.

Cons

At the location that I worked at management was very biased and has pre-set notions about how Afircan American people behave and act. My manager was very stereotypical and ignorant. I can not deal with a person that will state out loud that and I quote " all black people steal, you just have not been caught as of yet! Wow really!

Pros

Plenty of pros. I mean splinters, plenty of splinters.

Cons

When interviewing, they don't tell you that your yearly wage is based on either a 50 hour work week or bonuses that those who've spent years in the lumber business rarely achieve.

Pros

Good people to work with, good place to start if you have no college.

Cons

84 ask people to write good reviews to make them look better. Low pay, you only get to a higher position if you suck up a lot. They promote unqualified people and the weekend hours are not good.
