Pros

The money earned is compensatory of your sales. Options for salesmen just starting out in terms of base plus bonus. There are great benefits (401k match, profit sharing, insurances, etc. ). multiple career paths available. In large markets you can make a killing.

Cons

Sometimes smaller stores can be short staffed. Long hours for management and Manager trainees.

Our shift times are a bit longer than those of other fields, but our associates are properly compensated for their time. Pros

Work hard and it will get noticed. Be lazy and it will get noticed. Promotions are meritocracy based.

Cons

You will be on your feet 57 hours a week and you will be in this position for almost a year. Consider it an investment of your future. This is vocational school and you will learn a trade.

We provide many different tools to assist with the more difficult work and heavy lifting, and we are always searching for new ways to make the job as efficient as possible.
