Cons

Toxic company culture. Exceptional turnover rate for new hires. Disregard for employee well being. They’ll run you into the ground and try to say you’re family while doing so. When you’re spent, you’ll be replaced.

Easy to get burned out. Long hours and open on Saturdays.
