At 84 Lumber, we pride ourselves on our competitive compensation and benefits package in each market we serve. Our shift times are a bit longer than those of other fields, but our associates are properly compensated for their time.
Our team of HR representatives has an open-door policy to listen to and answer associates’ questions, complaints, suggestions, and challenges. We do our best to create the best working environment possible for each of our associates.
