4yThank you for the comments on learning the business, working with customers and the hard work of running a lumberyard. CO-Managers work with new associates to get them trained. Most associates that come to 84 Lumber do not have prior knowledge of lumber and building materials. Your role was vital in getting new associates trained. You do not have to wait for a "decent store". Once you become a manager you can turn the store into a good store if it isn't one already.

4yThank you for the comments on overtime pay and learning something new. 84 Lumber has an entire training department that works on developing curriculum for our associates. All associates can learn and move up into higher paying positions and make 84 Lumber a career.
